Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Ms. CHAN Ramy is the Chairperson of SP4ALL. Ramy has been the Executive Director of YRDP almost four years. However, she has been working for YRDP more than 14 years with various positions starting from Project Assistant back in February 2008. She got involved with YRDP’s activities since 2005 as a participant in a youth forum and a training course on Personal Development which she was able to work with other trainees to start a volunteer youth club working in community. Through YRDP, she had many opportunities to do different voluntary works within YRDP and networks of YRDP.

As a volunteer and staff with YRDP, she was empowered to initiate, implement, and manage a new project; to be part of fund raiser YRDP; to represent YRDP in high level discussion with other CSOs leaders; etc. She was inspired how YRDP strengthens critical thinking skill of youth, develop their social conscience, and empower them to take initiatives in their community. Moreover, YRDP also creates safe space where youth can express their views on socio-economic, political situations and other issues affecting their lives.

Ms. Ramy has been one of dedicated staff of YRDP and she has been building capacity of youth and encourage them to exercise their civil and political rights as citizens in democratic society. She believes that youth’s voices matter. Build capacity and potential of youth; give them safe space to shar their perspectives on country’s issues and issues affecting them; and support their actions are essential to prepare them to become active citizens and the future leaders of Cambodia.
