The SP4ALL coalition is a movement led by Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) dedicated to enhancing public understanding of social protection and bringing citizens' issues to the attention of governmental bodies. This initiative will be guided and supported by a consortium of CSOs in Cambodia, all committed to exchanging knowledge on social protection themes.

This coalition strives to embody the voice of the populace in the realm of social protection, articulating their needs in the policy-making process, aiding in policy enlightenment, and fostering collaborative efforts towards a social protection framework that is more inclusive, accountable, gender-transformative, and beneficial for all.

SP4ALL seeks to act on behalf of the "demand side" of social protection, including citizens, CSO members, international bodies, labor groups, women and youth organizations, trade unions, worker associations, and notably, individuals with disabilities and members of Indigenous communities. It aims to catalyze a potent, visible, and influential campaign for policy reform both nationally and regionally.
